It depends on where you are. Orders processed here (U.S) will commonly take 5-8 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Return & Refund Request Timeframe

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days after the order has been delivered. However, for issues related to:

• Misprinted items
• Damaged products
• Defective items
• Lost packages

Claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery to allow for investigation and resolution.

Conditions for Returned Items

Unless the item is defective or incorrectly produced, returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition

We do not accept items that are:

• Worn
• Stained
• Damaged due to misuse
• Altered after delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Refunds will be processed in the original purchase currency

Exchanges

Customers can cancel their own order within 5 minutes of placing it directly from the confirmation page.

Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.

Note: Please give the tracking number 24-48 hours to update. 

For most of our products we do recommend washing with cold water on gentle setting if using a machine washer and hang drying for the best outcome, we would not recommend using a dryer as they might create premature wear or shrinkage of the products. Some products can shrink more considerably than others depending on the materials used, for example a 100% cotton item is going to have a tendency to shrink more than a 100% polyester. Items that have been washed are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

If you notice any issues or defects with the items you received, we recommend reaching out to our support team as soon as possible so we can inspect the issue and assist you further.
